We are offering a senior executive position to a seasoned commercial banker or commercial mortgage broker with a proven track record of closing Fannie Mae commercial loans.

The SVP of commercial lending is exclusively for a senior commercial mortgage professional that is looking for a leading payout for their established book of business. The job entails working with banks, lawyers, accountants, realtors, and residential mortgage brokers to facilitate multi-family, mixed-use, and student housing loans. We have the programs, processing staff, and technology to ensure the fastest, easiest, and most reliable commercial lending process available. This support system is the reason for one the highest success rates in the industry to help turn the SVP's efforts into immediate revenue.

Ideal Candidates
1. Minimum of 7+ years of commercial mortgage experience
2. Minimum of 3+ years of Fannie Mae commercial mortgage origination experience
3. Minimum of 7+ years of real estate industry related experience
4. Strong work ethic and professional appearance
5. Self-motivated and driven by financial success
6. College education
