Hours are generally Monday -- Friday 8 hours a day, flexibility required for outside sales calls, networking events and catered events for your clients you must attend
Education/ Experience requirements- 4 year College Degree preferred, 3-5 years outside sales experience required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office,Word, Outlook and Excel. Comfort with CRM systems and experience utilizing them. Great writer and communicator by email, phone and in person.
Most days will be filled with many of the following activities, cold calls, researching and reaching out and meeting prospective clients, networking events and frequent contact with new and existing clients. You will engage clients, collect vital information, outline their needs and opportunities, close deal and confirm first order. Transition client to inside sales team for future orders.
You will give the first impression of Amazing Edibles which should be tasteful, personal, assured and engaging. Your strengths include communications, relationship building and networking. You will be expected to work efficiently, quickly and accurately. You will be part of a team and expected to pitch in wherever and whenever to help out as needed. Your performance will be tracked and measured, goals will be set and expectations will need to be met.
