Seeking the following personality:

A person experienced in project layouts, conditions and being able to take an existing floorplate to a new layout with all conditions confirmed

A person who has a high standard for design reliability and accuracy

A person desiring a good team member association with a national contracting firm

A person able to interface design with project management and purchasing of products throughout our project phases

A creative person looking for a long term relationship in the deisgn-build project creation

5 years experience as an architect / project manager in the industry

A degree in architecture if possible - Project income draw incentive for the Illinois seal beyond salary

Interior experience a must
