Call Center Manager (Northwest Chicago)

More infoA well established Marketing Research firm in the Northwest Chicagoland area is currently seeking a full-time Call Center Manager. NO SALES INVOLVED!

Our ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and traits:

- Previous call center/ phoneroom management experience or experience leading a team of 7-15 individuals where deadlines are often present
- Expert multi-tasker
- An energetic leader with a positive attitude who encourages staff to exceed goals and expectations.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Is able to communicate effectively via email with both internal colleagues and our clients
- Weekend availability
- Strong sense of responsibility within their position
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research a PLUS!
