Requirements must have and be able to:
1. Have a solid knowledge of Spanish cuisine.
2. Be mature, self-secure and able to lead.
3. Desire to work the line and able to cook 50 seat dining.
4. Able to introduce local and organic produce, meats and seafoods.
5. Able to multi-task, bilingual English/ Spanish a plus.
6.Must have 2yrs+ Chef experience

Our chef will be responsible for:
1. Controlling inventory, food costs, and menu development building on our vision of Spanish cuisine.
2. Help execute catering and calendar events
