-Candidate will develop a list of needed repairs for assigned bids.
-Familiar with Microsoft word, excel, email and have good computer knowledge
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
-Cell phone and reliable transportation
-Must pass background and drug test (no DWI, DUI)
