HireSmart provides affordable business solutions that create immediate competitive advantages for our clients. Many of our solutions are available in several languages. Our Associates market and deliver talent management solutions to local, national and international businesses. Work from any location with internet access and work hours are flexible. Our Associates enjoy the challenges of commission-based selling as well as the rewards of long term residual income. We pay 40% of the initial gross sale and 20% of ongoing gross sales for the duration of the account. Our largest client is a highly admired, Fortune 200 company that has used our talent management solutions for the last 15 years, and they continue to use them today. If this had been your client, your sales commissions to date would total $58,245. This single sale would earn you about $3,883 per year in residual income. Most of our clients are small to mid-sized businesses. HireSmart, LLC is located in Mesa, AZ and we have been in business since 1998.

Activities and Responsibilities

? Identifying prospective clients and inviting them to online meetings
? Providing training and support for Talent Management technologies
? Designing effective recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
? Marketing and supporting talent selection assessments
? Providing consultation and support for performance management systems
? Consulting on human capital metrics and strategic planning
? Administering and interpreting employee opinion and organizational development surveys
? Facilitating career assessments and development supports
? Coordinating team assessments and development programs
? Facilitating management audits, 360 reviews, and development supports

Compensation

? Associates earn 40% of the Gross Sale on the initial sale (1st Client Invoice) and 20% of the Gross Sale on ongoing sales (all additional invoices) for the duration of the account. Staffing project profits are split on a 50/50 basis.

Education and Experience

? Degree in business, marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience in consulting, recruiting, sales or marketing.
? Computer literate: MS Office
? Consultative Sales experience with business owners and managers.
