Currently looking to hire 1-2 dispatchers to work with our fleet of dr (Melrose Park)

- Working and developing a relationship with company drivers and owner operators in developing lanes and planning freight
- Working with established contacts and brokers in booking freight and making pre-plans for the week
- Seeking ways to work with new clients/ brokers in gaining regular runs/ lanes

Ideal Candidate Must:

- Have knowledge of the transportation industry
- Be a team player, yet work well on your own
- Be responsible, prompt, prepared, and reliable
- Have good oral/ and written communication

*** One year of relevant/ transportation experience is preferred/ especially with a motor carrier.

Hiring for two full time positions:

MO-FR 07:00-15:30 including 30 minute lunch
TU-SA 09:00-17:30 including 30 minute lunch

Both positions are full time 40 hours per week.

Salary will be discussed and based on experience.
