Business Responsibilities: 
Supervise and enforce procedures, and oversee the financial accounting system.
Personal Responsibilities: 
Hire assistants and manage 2 housekeepers
Maintain all household files
Manage the family calendar 
Handle all personal and some business travel arrangements 
Run errands if needed
Screen telephone calls and emails 
Anticipate the family's needs
Prepare a wide variety of administrative duties as required
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Exceptional writing, communication and organizational skills 
In-depth computer skills; proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
Minimum 3 years of experience business administration
Excellent accounting skills, experience with Quicken and Quicken Books
Prior work history; impeccable references
Must pass general honesty test, confidentiality agreement & fingerprints
