Executive Assistant (Elgin (Randall Road/Rt 20))

More infoSmall expanding CPA Firm located Elgin (route 20 & Randall road) has one (30-50 hours a week ) executive assistance positions available for tax season (Jan 1 - Apr 15). This positions will most likely turn into a full-time position with medical and retirement benefits.

The shift will begin around 7am to 2pm. We also will expect this position to work every weekend (8am - 3pm)(roughly could be shorter or longer hours depending on work).

Responsibilities include:
?Answering phones
?Greeting visitors
?Computer data entry
?Sending and preparing correspondence and tax documents
?Filing /scanning
?Assembly of audit reports and tax returns

Requirements
?Previous telephone or switchboard experience
?Good computer skills (word, excel, internet)
?Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
?Must be proficient with office equipment (copier, fax machines, etc.)
?Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
?Must be a self starter with a great personality
