Experience must include:
? Professional cooking and knife handling skills.
? Problem solving and organization skills.
? Capable of working extended hours, to include weekends and holidays as necessary.
? Bartending experience a plus but not necessary.

Hours:
30-40 hrs. per week
Hours vary, mornings, evenings and weekends
