The people we hire have (2) choices. . .

(1.) Start in an entry-level outside sales position, develop a ton of transferable skills, work side by side quality people and the world's leading corporations, advance to new positions, make money, and along the way figure out what you really want to be when you grow up.

(2.) Do all of the above and advance into an executive role in the company.

Fortune 500 clients outsource Rock Executives to help improve their existing customer retention, new customer acquisition and increase their market share. We now work with two major clients: T-Mobile and Spark Energy. Our niche is face to face sales and marketing. No other form of marketing can deliver such consistent and quality results (hence our continued growth). We offer paid training and are looking for professional candidates who are team players to advance within our company.

We plan to double in size again within the next year, and will only invest our time and training resources into those who will contribute to this growth.

1. Must be able to talk to anyone

3. Must realize that hard work cannot be replaced with a degree
