A Lake Villa Eye Care medication dispensing company has an opening for a Marketing Assistant-Client relations co-coordinator: the candidate must be a have a professional demeanor, detail oriented, pleasant, well organized and great at following up. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. The perfect candidate will have the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To teach and train practices/clients the web based software system
? To teach clients how to monitor repeat medicine requests and to dispense medicines both promptly and accurately
? To answer queries on the process of dispensing
? Maintain accurate documentation for insurance credentialing
? Share responsibility for effective inter-practice communication using a range of media and promotions
? Computer literate and manage the dispensary system and enter data as required. EXCEL Knowledge a MUST.
? Prepares miscellaneous reports, presentations, product manuals, agendas, correspondence and memos as guided by general company practice, including expense reports and check requests
? Maintain doctor agreements and track payments
? Maintain Ophthalmic contacts database
? Follows up with other departments and external organizations to ensure that requests are carried out and information is coordinated
? Assists Practices with special marketing/product promotions
? Knowledgeable with the basics of social networking as a tool to promote the company and generate interest
? Forwards information by preparing analyses and summaries of account results.
MARKETING DUTIES INCLUDE:
? Input marketing notes into database, mail outs
? Compose, produce, format and edit correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentation materials, in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
? Document preparation and print production of marketing packages, proposals, brochures, and other marketing collateral in Adobe In-Design; includes coordination of related graphics (photography, site plans, etc.), as well as making some changes using Photoshop and Illustrator
? Update and maintain various information databases; generate reports as required
? Provides back-up support to Administrative Assistant (cross-trained)
? May perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
? Administrative Writing Skills, Informing Others, Coordination, Legal Compliance, Social Networking g, Quality Focus, Organization, Attention to Detail, Reporting Skills, Marketing Research, Financial Skills, Documentation Skills
? Proficiency with software and technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Experience with Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator a major plus
? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and meet stringent deadlines while working with changing priorities
? Internet research skills
? Excellent business vocabulary and grammar; Organizational, communication (written, oral, telephone), and client interface skills are essential in this position
? Problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills required
