full time sales professionals for its Chicago location (opening March 1st).

Position:
The position is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment requiring
multi-tasking, organizational and exceptional sales skills as well as an
interest in helping people figure out how to decorate their homes, lay out
the furniture and propose sets and arrangements that will please their
judgment of your interior design skills.
Salary is a fixed $13 per hour (based on a 40 hour schedule in the store)
plus a 2% commission of all sales, that usually doubles or triples your base
salary.
Stores tend to have a steady flow of customers, ensuring an average income
per salesperson typically between $5,000 to $8,000 per month depending on
your conversion skills.
The potential in sales is unlimited as you may prospect (on top of store
walk-ins) large accounts such as real estate and hotel developers, referring
agents, architects. . .
Our pricing is one of the lowest in the country and allows for very easy
sales and a scope of customers way beyond the local market.
Job requirements:
Sales experience is a must; Interior Design experience is a plus but not a
requirement. If you have a flair for design, the drive to succeed and a
desire to provide excellent customer service then we want to talk to you!
This requires full dedication and availability during the week and
motivation to transform walk ins into large orders as well as an interest in
prospecting for new partnerships and clients.
A pre-established network in the real estate, design and construction
industries is a plus.
