Definition: patient census solvency, planning, and overall home health services marketing of the organization, while representing and promoting agencies' service in the community.

Qualifications:
? Candidate must have reliable car with valid drivers license and insurance
? Represents agency in a professional manner and image.
? Ability to set and achieve quotas with effective and organized skills.
? Ability to network with skills that will effectively promote your target market.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
? The ability to initiate and manage research while measuring performance and optimizing marketing programs.
? Assist the Administrator with marketing strategies
? Service oriented with customer, client and management skills.
? Goal oriented and self motivated.
? Launch and analyze all marketing programs.
? Basic office computer and phone skills.
? Possesses an attitude that is competitive, confident, thorough and tenacious.
? Maintains agency profitability/solvency with stable referral census
? Be familiar with the applicable rules of the Departments: Illinois Department of Human Services, Illinois Department on Aging, Illinois Department of Public Health, Community ? - Health Accreditation Program, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
? Maintain ongoing liaison with the governing body, professional advisory group, staff members and the community, nursing homes, rehab centers, health care facilities, physician private practices, group doctors' clinics and staff members and the community.

Criteria:
? Experience in non-medical homecare services/ HHC
? 1+ years outside marketing experience.
? Demonstrates familiarity of standards and practices of the non-medical homecare.
? Reliable vehicle with a good driving record.
? Exhibit leadership skills
? Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree OR 2 years of HHC marketing experience
? Not been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor
