.NET Programmer (NW Indiana)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Write code using C#.NET and other Microsoft technologies to create new or add-on applications
- Become an expert in using business objects and web services that work with our product
- Create and execute test plans
- Deliver products within an aggressive timetable
- Assist team members in analysis and support of production level issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills (this is listed first for a reason)
- Ability to work remotely but stay accountable to company policies, goals, and project schedules
- 1-2 years programming experience using C# and ASP.NET
- Experience using APIs.
- Solid understanding of programming in T-SQL, including stored procedures and triggers
- Deliver projects/tasks on time and on budget
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Experience with IIS Management
- Demonstrated problem solving and crisis management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Capability leading and delivering excellent customer care
- Ability to make decisions based on the facts available
- Results focused and ability to deliver tasks to closure
