Seeking a man (25-40) to be (i) Personal Assistant; (ii) Home manager; (iii) Yard work/snow removal and (iv) Exercise buddy.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Professional single male, 50 with active, busy life, lives alone
with minor medical problems that need help and attention. Requires help with maintenance of residence (cleaning and laundry), yard, removal of snow. As a Personal Assistant who can help with calendar, grocery shopping, airport pick-ups, banking, post office, minor errands and other personal needs. Great if you can cook Indian/Pakistani food. If not, will teach if interested in learning. Most important--provide motivation and companionship during exercise with goal to reduce weight, improve strength and increase flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS: Most important is responsibility. Other qualities sought are motivated and goal-oriented, honesty, integrity, trustworthy, punctuality, cleanliness, organizational skills, multitasking, driver's license, communication skills, computer savvy, personable, speak fluent English and Urdu/Hindi (if possible). Must be single (unmarried); divorced ok. Preferable (but not essential): Athlete, sportsman or muscleman. College degree and handyman skills helpful.
Must be non-smoker, no alcohol, drugs, no pets, no visitors (except) parents or family. Someone who will treat this home like their own home.

COMPENSATION: Large room and bath free. All meals free. Salary negotiable. Health insurance. In addition, if college degree in biology, biochemistry or chemistry, can offer up to 20 hours/week job in office at good hourly rate. Tuition assistance for education/training after 6 months of successful performance.
