Minimum 20 hours per week.
Required Responsibilities:
-Assist in coordinating tradeshow, booth, and formal dinner presentation functions.
-Assist in overseeing scheduling, resourcing, and communication surrounding these events.
-Assist department heads with administrative tasks such writing correspondence, sending marketing pieces, confirming participant attendance and information, and recording results.
-Regularly update a growing database.
-Manage schedules of various presenters and sales representatives.
-Occasionally attend local tradeshows and other events to help promote products and services.
-Prepare effective written communications including e-mail, letters, marketing materials, and proposals using MS Word and PDF format.
-Provide genuine customer service to accounts on an as-needed basis.
Education and Experience:
-Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred.
-High standardized test scores and high GPA preferred.
Compensation:
-Base salary commensurate with experience with annual bonus potential dependent on department-based incentives.
