Requirements:

? Represent taxpayers before the IRS and State Taxing Authorities (you will not be required to go to court)

? Construct multiple tax resolution options for our clients and generate a thorough analysis to be presented in a timely manner

? Tax Clinic experience preferred

? Minimum of 2 years of tax related experience

? Active license to practice law and in good standing with the ARDC and/or other disciplinary commissions Bilingual (Spanish / English) a huge plus

? Versed in Microsoft office suite, experience with web based client management systems is a plus

? A current Preparer Tax Identification Number -- PTIN or CAF Registration number preferred

? Ability to interpret financial statements and strong analytical skills

? Working knowledge of current tax laws and theory (multi state experience a plus).

? Self-starter able to work independently and in conjunction with a team of tax professionals.

? Experience in Tax Resolution/Audit Reconsideration a plus
