Real estate group needs assistance in answering incoming calls from property owners.

You will be responsible for rapport with the caller, asking questions, and filling out a questionnaire. You must have a great phone voice and the ability to listen and identify the seller needs.

You are not cold calling! Sellers will be calling you directly.

This is not an hourly position. You must be willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done and be flexible with scheduling. Ideal candidates will be self motivated, result oriented and organized.

Compensation: Commission based on performance - $10k per month potential
