Summary: Manages customer accounts, collections, process invoices and post receipts.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Maintain Customer accounts
Process Daily Invoices
Enter and Post Cash Receipts
Process miscellaneous credits and debits as directed by Customer Service and approved by Accounting Manager
Process Customer Deductions
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
Assist the office with miscellaneous tasks.
Other duties include data entry, light phone and clerical work
Performs related assignments as requested

Reasoning Ability
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Good logic skills are necessary.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
Minimum, Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in the field
Strong organizational skills are critical
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Competent in MS Applications
Strong Computer Skills
