Hickory Ridge Lake Apartments, a 360 unit apartment complex seeking experienced Maintenance Tech.

Responsibilities Include:

? Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy. Make repairs and replacements as needed.
? Perform preventive maintenance on apartments, buildings or machinery.
? Perform daily grounds keeping and trash pickup.
? Assist in snow removal, pool maintenance or any other property needs

Requirements:
? Must have 5-7 years maintenance experience in apartment or building maintenance
? High school degree or GED required,
? Have verifiable HVAC certification- Type I and II, Universal preferred
? Valid driver's license
? Reliable transportation with means of phone contact
? Must have knowledge in the areas of appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locks and general maintenance.
? Must be able to lift heavy machinery or appliances
? Must able to communicate clearly using the English language
? Be willing to be "on call" for evening or after hours maintenance emergencies rotating with other team members.
? Be prepared for physical activity and to move around constantly
? Be flexible- we are a service business. We are open 7 days a week. Some weekends will be required.
? Must be a team player and take direction from Property Manager.
? Have strong oral and written communication skills both with residents and other team members
? Must live no more than 25 miles from the property
