***Specific Duties
? Supervision and operation of the day-to-day activities of a team of employees while providing exceptional customer service
? Assist General Manager and owners in monitoring store presentation and ensuring service and quality standards are met
? Assign work responsibilities, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered
? Resolve most questions and problems and keep management and ownership informed of all concerns
? Provide recommendations for hiring, terminating, advancement, and any other status change of employees
? Assist with developing promotions and have experience in social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter
? Training and development of employees
? Managing inventory, labor, and cash handling
? Maintain a clean and safe work environment
***Requirements Include
? High energy and positive person that enjoys making people smile
? Prefer 2+ years of restaurant supervision experience
? Demonstrates team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
? Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
? Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work nights.
? Basic math and computer skills
? Attendance and Punctuality a must
? Enthusiasm and willing to learn
? Must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction
