Candidates must possess these qualities:
5 years of experience as a manager in a full service restaurant, food service experience and having participated in an opening of a restaurant a plus.
Be an advocate of hospitality and have a passion for servicing our guests, with a high attention to detail. Must possess leadership skills to direct the staff towards successful attainment of the restaurants goals.
Be able to manage the dining room business, Work and enhance our training program, constantly developing the staff.
Must have extensive Wine, Spirits and Service Knowledge.
Understand labor cost, scheduling and staffing needs.
Able to work on Word, Excel, Open Table, Micros and QuickBooks a plus.
A commitment to excellence with integrity and passion for hospitality and the restaurant industry.
