The Director of Operations serves as designee to Administrator. Provides 24/7 overall direction, coordination, supervision, and consultation for WTS, within the philosophy, goals, and direction determined by the Executive Director. The position requires strong organizational leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities Develops and implements applicable quality assurance initiatives and administrative policies or procedures Adhere to budgetary guidelines Responsible for overall development and administration of the facility as set forth in policies/procedures, applicable state/federal regulations, and licensing requirements Functions as Compliance Liaison for organization with specific responsibilities for ensuring implementation and monitoring of regulatory agencies compliance process Ensures orientation, continuing in-service educational training, and supervision requirements for all employees are met Ensures continuity of care for clients
Job Requirements 5 years of experience working in an ICF/ID (MR) or nursing home environment Master's Degree in Human Services field 2 years of experience working in a senior supervisory position or related role, such as Assistant Director of Operations
