A vocational school currently has an opening as a Front Desk Manager position with the opportunity to advance within the company.
Job Description:
The Front Desk Manager position will entail recruiting prospective students by providing school information in person and over the phone, conducting "warm" calls, providing school tours, setting and confirming student appointments, market research, and general promotion of the school.
This is not a temporary position; we are looking for an individual who is interested in long term employment and growth potential. This position may start as part time during an initial portion of the training period, and will move to full time immediately after completion of training.
Qualification Requirements
1. Must be available to work both morning hours (10 am until 6:30 pm) and evening hours (12 pm -- 8:30 pm) during the week. The position REQUIRES one weekend day per week. Schedules will be set after the training period.
2. Must have a Bachelor's degree.
3. Must have relevant basic computer skills.
4. Must have an outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, phone skills, people skills, and be detail orientated.
5. Must have prior experience with customer service, advertisement, recruitment, or sales. Compensation: Negotiable based upon the listed relevant experience.
