Position: Shipping Clerk, Full-Time When: Open Immediately Hours: 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm, MON - FRI Reports to: Operations Manager

Duties: ? Fulfills & ships daily orders to customers. ? Takes inventory counts on a regular basis. ? Receives and records product shipments. ? Analyze shipping cost. ? Maintains top organization of shipping room. ? Works with for correct order enclosures and adequate supplies of printed and electronic product literature. ? Might have to work an extra hour a couple days a week.

Qualifications: ? H.S. Diploma with some college. ? Computer knowledge and skills to successfully input, print, and manage sales orders, invoices, inventory, reports, and e-mail.? o Familiarity with QuickBooks and databases a plus. ? Ability to lift heavy cartons.?? A sense of good organization of physical product, procedures, and processes. ? Warm, conversational telephone manner and recognition of customer questions that need to be answered from higher up. ? Flexibility, high energy, and a willingness to learn and make suggestions for greater efficiency.
