The Executive Search Consultant Role: Your job will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios through cold and warm calling as well as networking. You will then be in charge of the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening qualified candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator when negotiating the sale- the successful placement of your candidate.

Your Skills: You must be highly ambitious and competitive, with a track record of achievement and hard work. Successful consultants also possess strong communication and selling skills, preferably with prior sales experience. To be considered for this opportunity, you must also:

-Be a college graduate (preferably with a minimum 3.0 GPA)
-Be confident, persuasive, and personable
-Be self motivated, driven, and resilient
-Thrive in a high pressured, team environment
