We are currently seeking a part-time, sales-driven Leasing Agent to assist during our busiest leasing season. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

? Conducts building tours for prospective residents; completes credit checks and other application requirements to lease apartments in accordance with property procedures.
? Greets visitors and manages incoming telephone calls.
? Receives resident service requests and directs them to the appropriate building personnel.
? Answers general questions from residents, vendors, and other internal and external customers.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year sales experience and exceptional customer service skills. Valid leasing license preferred and bilingual candidates also a plus.
