IU Health -- University Hospital offers a salary of $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience along with an incredible benefits package. The OR Manager provides clinical leadership and coordination for perioperative patient care in the Operating Room. Prioritizes and coordinates related patient care activities; ensures competencies of Operating Room staff; provides coordination of equipment, supplies and resources for efficient planning, safe delivery of care and highly functional Operating Rooms.

Job Responsibilities

Accountable for operationalizing the organization values within the assigned nursing unit including clinical, people, service, and financial excellence behaviors Provides clinical leadership by assessing, implementing and evaluating the care provided to patients in the Operating Room. Provides direct patient care as needed to support the clinical operations of the unit. Maintains scheduling and staffing for optimal availability of resources for safe, competent and effective patient care delivery.
