Full time Sales individual will earn a draw against commission.
This opportunity offers the potential to earn up to 6 figures with monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses, also the opportunity to make the Presidents club and join in a luxury vacation.

The sales person will be responsible for selling company products, services and flooring solutions, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile and other engineered flooring systems. Sales person will provide exceptional customer service by finding out the needs of the customer. Sales person will educate the customer on the product and the layout of the store, offering an excellent experience. Responsible for the full sales cycle; following up with customers, setting up the in home measure, and presenting the pricing proposals. Expected work schedule for full-time employee is between 40-50 hours a week, hours will include evenings and weekends to accommodate customers needs.

Experience: Three plus years of proven sales experience in a strong retail sales environment, flooring industry a plus. Also, open to home furnishings industry.
