You must have the following skills and meet the following requirements to be considered for this position:
Have an associate or bachelor's degree
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills, with the ability/desire to create new organizational systems
Very detailed oriented

Customer service oriented
-Property management, accounting or entrepreneurial background is preferred
-Experience with cloud based property management software is a plus

Job Duties:
You will be assisting a property management team with administrative and accounting responsibilities, duties will include:
Preparation of leases and lease renewals
Manage and pay accounts payables
Manage accounts receivables and create and distribute associated notices
Coordinate all aspects of management turnover for new clients/properties
Create and submit various documents for condominium associations
Deposit rents
Answer and respond to tenant and client e-mails
Assist in creation of marketing materials
Answering and return phone calls
Filing, scanning and office organization
Greet and direct office visitors
Data entry
