We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager who will fill a crucial role for Wholesale Interiors as a key team member responsible for the development and execution of our marketing and sales strategy. This position incorporates the roles of both inside sales management and outside sales management. You will use your product knowledge and ability to manage sales representatives to further our market position. Wholesale Interiors has been in the Inc. 500 fastest growing businesses and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a start up environment with key company executives and room for career growth. This is not a furniture store position, this is a wholesale furniture distribution sales management position.
*Manage 3 existing sales reps and 2 customer service reps
*Have the ability to sell to customers
*Prospect targeted major accounts
*Assist in tracking all deals
*Assist and/or close all major deals with the reps
*Develop, train and produce excellent inside sales reps
*Manage outside independent reps
*Attend trade shows
*Visit customers when needed
*Maintain and grow our existing account base
Desired Skills & Experience
*Knowledge of Salesforce.com
*3 years sales management experience
*Direct Sales Experience
