The Trotter's To Go kitchen is divided into two separate but cohesive segments:
*A delicatessen that features fresh ingredients and preparations to replace the cumbersome experience of dining out or cooking at home,
*A catering division dedicated to planning, servicing and preparing food for special events and parties.
We are currently seeking an individual with the following attributes:
*Top level experience working in a kitchen that focuses on preparations made from scratch with acute attention to detail,
*Excellent knife handling skills,
*Ability to break down meat, seafood and poultry,
*Experience improvising on existing recipes and creating new,
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills,
*An aptitude for great guest service including direct interaction,
*An awareness of proper food safety and sanitation,
*Ability to take direction and assist when needed in any station.
