More infoMy client, a growing and dynamic food and beverage manufacturer that is primarily focused on selling their portfolio to the foodservice community is seeking a Supply Chain Support Analyst for their Supply Chain Division.

This individual will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager of Purchased Goods and responsibilities include:

The Supply Chain Support Analyst will support the Supply Chain Division by handling the maintenance of the ERP system (SAGE). This will include daily purchase order receipts, inter-company transfers, inventory reconciliation, and work order processing.

Essential Duties:
? Process daily receipts of inbound purchase order and inter-company transfers
? Warehouse inventory reconciliation to maintain lot code integrity
? Provide support to the manufacturing facilities regarding system related issues that may occur during the production process
? Closing production work orders for production facilities in SAGE
? Item set up and maintenance in SAGE, bill of material (BOM) maintenance in SAGE, and costing maintenance in SAGE
? Schedule and track inbound P.O. shipments and inter-company transfers
? Prepare export documents for Canadian shipments
? Assist the Supply Chain group in the design and development of ad hoc queries and reports
? Develop and maintain report, key performance indicators, and metrics for the Supply Chain group
? Develop and maintain report distribution and delivery mechanisms
? Work with the IT Department to identify and correct data issues

Qualifications:
? Four year degree preferred in Accounting/Business along with I.T. knowledge
? Knowledge of warehousing and transportation systems
? Experience with Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
? Seeking 0-5 years related experience
