The HIGH ENERGY self-motivated Telecom Technical Sales Consultant will be focused on contributing to the sustainability and execution of a technical sales support function and methodology while being a part of a dynamic, growing, and fun team environment.
Telecom Technical Sales Consultant responsibilities include:
- Analyzing technical configurations of current telecom clients
- Providing technical assistance and coaching to sales representatives conducting follow up sales calls
- Meeting with IT departments of clients to assist in the sales process
- Assisting sales department and clients in troubleshooting real-time, and recurring technical issues
- Performing sales site visits and new technology installation
Telecom Technical Sales Consultant requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent training and experience
- Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience with Installation of Circuits and other Voice products, Phone System

Requirements
Our Telecom Technical Sales Consultant will excel in working independently in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative to finding solutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful TSC will have demonstrated knowledge and experience within the following areas :
?Windows 2000, Windows XP, MacOS X, IP Addressing (Static and Dynamic), and wiring of voice and data.
?Telecom product knowledge including POTS lines, Centrex, and PRI
?Telecom Engineering, Design or Sales experience
? Wiring knowledge (RJ-11, RJ-48, RJ-45, 66-block, 110-block, 25 pair color scheme)
?Data product knowledge including DSL, MIS, and MPLS/PNT
