Experience Required:
? Solid Web Programming Skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP & MySQL, etc.)
? Experience with Open Source CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
? Demonstrated knowledge of back-end programming & database optimization
? Understanding of W3 compliance & Cross-Platform Compatibility
? 2-3 years of web design and development experience
? Ability to create website analytic reports & documentation
? FTP & Domain name management
? SEO/SEM/PPC and E-commerce Experience a Plus
? Adobe Creative Suite Software Experience a Plus
? Flash/Actionscript Experience a Plus
? Ability to work with in-house Web Designer
? Rapid prototyping skills
? Graphic Design skills
? Internet software, Photoshop, Jpeg and Dreamweaver via FTP Server
? Internet marketing skills required
? Social media expertise

Education:
? Bachelor's Degree with a preferred concentration in web design/development and marketing
? 2-4 years of corporate-level web design/development experience

Salary commensurate with experience.
