2 Separate positions: Chief Architect and Salesforce Implementation (Chicago)

I am recruiting for 2 seperate positions for 2 different Companies.

The first positions is a Chief Architect:

Dynamic, innovative mid-sized company using Salesforce enterprise-wide. Looking for a Chief Architect who will lead a team of developers on internal SF applications as well as market facing products. Position is senior level, a "building" job not just create and maintain. Will help create the technical strategy to accomplish business goals. Company has has 30% growth year over year for the last 7 years....a booming market, a leader in the field. Culture values innovation, passion for work, respect, value creation, etc. Great opportunity for someone who wants to get off the road but still have diverse and exciting projects and grow with the company as a senior contributor.

The second position is a for Salesforce Implementation Consultant:

Summary: The Implementation Consultant will be an integral team member that will support all implementation processes for Higher Ed CRM solution. The Consultant will be responsible for assisting the Implementation team to help define needs, scope out projects, and document business requirements. Many projects will require the hands-on participation of the Implementation Consultant, therefore the ability to travel is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, proven success in a team environment, and have experience with salesforce.com CRM.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, issue logs, and status reports.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, and business processes
Maintain and coordinate communication with the team throughout each project.
Understand project lifecycle requirements.
Ability to manage resources in accordance with project schedule.

Required Skills/Experience:
US Citizen or Greencard Holder
Bachelors Degree required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive level presence.
CRM application experience, preferably with salesforce.com or experience with products and/or processes related to sales, marketing, or support and services.
Ability to travel is required.
Based in the greater Chicago area.
