Administrative Assistant, Real Estate Office (Chicago Loop)

More infoWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can handle a variety of tasks in a busy downtown real estate office. You will be responsible for assisting a number of employees and must have the ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize objectives that are assigned.

Applicants should have excellent computer skills and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable with: calendar management, screening phone calls, taking detailed messages/notes, updating a contact database, creating/manipulating word documents and excel spreadsheets, file organization, mailing creation, etc. . .

This is a full time position, 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday, in the Loop (downtown Chicago).
