Fast paced restaurant looking for mature, fast, organized Cook.

Must have the following:
Min 1 year current full/caf? style service restaurant cooking experience.
Ability to multi-task many prep items & maintain food on line at the same time both alone, and as part of a two person team.
Prepare daily recipes, complete next day prep, able to prep items "on the fly" using company recipes.
Displays ability to make quick decisions to ensure proper customer service, food quality, and cleanliness maintained.
Displays proper knife / culinary / sanitation skills.
Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines for service, and daily prep list (items are fresh, prep from scratch)
Be available between 5am to 3pm Monday-Friday. Will start as part time, can earn full time based on performance.
Candidate will complete a short "preview shift."

NO fryers (all oven/saut?), all prep made fresh daily, this is not an Executive Chef, or Sous Chef position.
No nights, or weekends!
