We need a CSS expert for immediate part-time work to style pages rendered by an existing Rails 3.2 application to look great in Internet Explorer 8 in Windows XP.

The existing application uses Twitter Bootstrap and CSS 3 but one of our clients is still standardized on Internet Explorer 8 and Windows XP! So we need to make our Rails 3.2 app play nice with IE 8.

We're a young live online learning company based in Chicago (Ravenswood). Our office is located just off of the Brown Line on Montrose and Ravenswood on the north side of Chicago. After this work is complete, we need help in other areas (Ruby on Rails and JavaScript).

Job Requirements:

- Strong technical understanding of and experience using CSS and HTML to make web sites look great in IE 8 is required
- If you also have experience using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap to develop web applications / sites - GREAT!
- Competent, motivated, reliable individual with strong work ethic and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
