Experienced Level Position: AUTO/ CAD DETAILING and MATERIAL TAKE/OFF for ESTIMATING OF GLASS AND GLAZING SYSTEMS.

We are looking for a skilled individual that can develop glass and metal details from a Auto/Cad Lib. for Arch. submittals, develop takeoff drawings and learn our proposal/estimating system.

Canadate must have a strong working knowlage in Excel spread sheet development for estimating and job costing, AutoCad #12-14, understanding of File Maker Pro. or related data base programing would be help. If you have exp. in MS/P.M., other related professional skill used in a construction, manufacturing, eng., die extrusion design would also be of interest.

Daily tasks include: organize submittals, manage takeoff, prioritize schedules with other office personal and to meet our contract requirements. Have a professional presentation mix of communication skills both written and verbal.
