Deleece Restaurant, in our new bustling location on Southport is seeking an experienced Sous Chef. We currently
have a talented and motivated team that we need to augment.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities who wants to grow with our team:
- Have at least 5 years experience in fine dining/ casual fine dining professional kitchens
- Have the ability to lead, teach, manage and inspire our staff
- Have experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Have solid skills, know proper technique, and be a team player
- Have a passion for food and cooking
