Field Agents serve as ambassadors of Redfin performing home tours, monitoring inspections, and hosting open houses. You'll be trained on the Redfin way of doing real estate, and we'll expect you to learn our site and master all of the great tools available to clients to find their next home. Here's how it works:
You'll be paid per event, and there are four-types of events you can perform: tours, inspections, post-mutual tasks and open houses. You're in charge of your schedule and you can work as much or as little as you'd like, provided we've got the demand in your area.

Quick learner: you think on your feet, and you're quick to react to clients' changing needs. Resourceful: you don't accept defeat, you create ways to solve your problems on the fly. Team player: all for one, one for all. Speedy: on the ball, early is on time. Requirements A reliable mode of transportation (car, Vespa, motorcycle). An active real estate license and all MLS dues paid. A mobile phone with email and calendar capability, or the willingness to get one. Mobile GPS-system. Laptop with a wireless connection.
