We are a Full Service Residential Property Management Co located in Downtown- River North and are looking for an experienced & Licensed broker (or leasing agent) for Leasing out our Eclusively held residential properties.
We have a great Office & team and are looking for someone that can fit in and be an Asset to the company.
Agent MUST posses the following Qualities
- Must have some expereince in leasing and be licensed
- Must be Very Professional in both attitude and appearance and know how to deal with tenant prospects
- Have a good closing Ratio and know how to Talk/ Negotiate
- Must Be very ambitious and understand that the Job will depend on closing ratios especially since it has a base salary/ wage
- and should have /be outgoing, customer service oriented, hardworking, energetic, strong organizational skills, passionate, self motivated, honest, trustworthy, dependable, enthusiastic about what you do and strive to be the best
- Must be good with computers
* Applicants must also have a Presentable and Insured vehicle, and have a valid Drivers License.
Agent will show our properties to appointments that are normally scheduled for him/her and then communicate & negotiate with the prospect and owner of the property to closing
We have a very large marketing budget and are constantly having more than one a few applicants per property
This should not be looked at as a typical leasing position that is only commission based. We Already have Exclusively held properties and an abundance of prospects- we never use cold calling for anything. We just NEED someone with the ability to show and close lease- RESULTS ARE IMPERATIVE and there is lots of room for growth within the organisation
Last agent in the same position is now a manager and was easily leasing 7 - 10 properties a month- great pay!! We need to maintain a 30 day vacancy period
Please note that you will be wasting your time and our time if you apply for this position but do not beleive you will do an excellent job; we will be forced to move on to another candidate very quickly if this happens
