More infoA growing property management company is seeking to fill the position of Marketing Assistant in our office located in the North Suburbs of Chicago.

This roles' primary responsibility will be to assist in driving the marketing and advertising efforts from our corporate office, which will consist mostly of (but not limited to):
? Creating online as well as print advertising listings for a number of nation-wide properties.
? Updating the company's websites.
? Researching new marketing and advertising sources.
? Tracking advertising campaign costs.
? Following up with sales managers about home readiness.
? Effectively communicating with internal departments as well as external vendors.
? Support the Marketing and Sales Department with any other initiatives as needed.
This is an entry level position where the IDEAL Candidate is/has:
? A High School Diploma Required (Recent College Graduate/Graduate Student preferred).
? 0-1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
? An excellent verbal and written communicator, who is polite, professional, energetic, and creative. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ARE A MUST!
? Fluent in Spanish is a definite PLUS!!...but not required.
? Strong analytical skills.
? A Self-Starter who requires minimum supervision and takes strong initiative within their responsibilities.
? Researches new ways of improving marketing efforts.
? Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software programs. Photoshop is a plus.
? The ability to field questions related to marketing from sales department.
? Strong data entry skills.
? Willing to take on other tasks and projects as needed.
