The work requires close attention to detail, an ability to communicate effectively. Daily operational activities that includes: answering phones, client interaction and service, office recordkeeping including correspondence and database maintenance.
Qualifications:
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong general computer skills
? Proficiency in Easy Act Accounting & QuickBooks is a must.
? Must be a team player with great communication and customer service skills along with the ability to multi-task.
? Bilingual is a plus.
