20,000 Foot View: We need to develop and manage our partner experience -- both customers and vendors -- to consistently exceed expectations, stand out from our competitors, and "wow" our business partners.

Position Overview: The Partner Operations Coordinator will focus initially on Sales Order and Purchase Order Management, Inventory Management, Scheduling, Customer Service, and Reporting. At this stage, the position will be either home-based or in a potential new Chicago office location. This is a growing startup environment -- it is casual and fun, but fast-paced and challenging. This position demands a special individual.

- Must be flexible in scheduling - for extra hours, weekends and change in hours
- Must be able to work with confidential information and must consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with a variety of situations and issues.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with/in accounting platforms (examples -- QuickBooks, Sage, IntAcct, NetSuite, etc)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (examples, Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education preferred.

Compensation
Hourly to begin, based on experience. Your first few months will essentially be a paid job interview. The right person will have the opportunity for advancement to salary with benefits.
