Lawry's The Prime Rib is accepting applications for a Sous Chef in its Chicago location.

We are looking for a talented, confident, energetic, enthusiastic food lover for a unique culinary leadership opportunity on our Heart of House team. This is a hands-on cooking position that will also participate in our costing, ordering and menu development of our recently opened, seasonally driven Ale and Sandwich Bar. Our Sous Chef must have a desire to learn, lead and help train and develop our kitchen staff. This will take impeccable culinary skills, proven leadership ability and English/Spanish bilingual skills. Kitchen leadership experience is a must and culinary education is helpful!
