Team Player - Fitpro West (Downtown West Loop)

Experience in sales, customer service and health and fitness equipment, or a closely related industry, is preferred.

FitPro West is the latest neighborhood gym located one block West of Union Station. We are a niche market gym with dedicated members and top notch trainers. Personal service is our signature.

Responsibilities include: membership sales, corporate sales, answering the phone, demonstrating equipment as necessary, taking payments, balancing cash drawer, administrative duties, entering member information into our database, welcoming members and conducting new member orientations and tours. Additional responsibilities include fitness center upkeep, opening and closing duties. In other words, be a Jane or Jack of all trades.

Applicants should be reliable, dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, pay attention to detail, committed to rigorous customer service standards and maintain the highest level of integrity. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fitness environment and/or related education. Prior experience in sales is a plus. Applicant must be comfortable selling memberships and open to working weekends.
